I'm a designer and I've been working with InMotion Hosting since 2003. I have more than 20 client sites hosted with InMotion. I keep coming back because I've always liked the low hold times on support (usually less than 1 min) and the uptime. I'm currently on the Power Package ( 9 bucks a month) and it's a great deal. Lots of space, bandwidth and allows me to host multiple websites for free. Highly recommended.

We have a test site for InMotion that you can access to check the speed and responsiveness of their servers.

After reviewing comments on this site and checking out the report from the Better Business Bureau, InMotion looks like a winner.

I am currently with Ipowerweb. After multiple problems, I am forced to switch hosting companies. It looks like I found the replacement.

My clients all have their own accounts. I'm not hosting 20 sites from my own account.

The customer service and tech support are great.
They treat you like a person, and not just an
annoyance. I give InMotion hosting 5 out of 5 for the best hosting support I've ever had.

I have also used IPower hosting for several years, but also due to many problems with them as of late, I have been looking at other hosting companies.

I'll be switching 8 accounts to InMotion shortly.

Took less than 1 minute for live support.

I'll check into InMotion as another web hosting
provider. Always good to have more than one lined
up just in case.

Does InMotion have the curl modul for php?? or can i add it by myself? please help me guys.

I've been looking for a good US Host, if InMotion have good B2Evolution support I'll go for them.

I switched from Yahoo hosting to Inmotionhosting about half a year now, and all i can say is Inmotionhosting is far better than Yahoo in almost every aspect. The customer service is excellent, i asked them to install PHP 5.2 and MySQL 5.0 for my hosting plan and they did for me in less than 2 hours. Many Web-based applications (found in their cPanel X) is amazing, i can run many system level applications (like MySQL database, cron jobs, subdomain management, etc) right in my Web browser. Of course, many other web hosting providers out there do provide similar features like Inmotionhosting, but the main difference between them and Inmotionhosting is the robust customer service.

I need to know if they allow wordpress blogs or any other type of blogs please?

Stephanie, yes of course they allow wordpress and any other type of blogs.

Also, we do strongly recommend b2evolution as a blog engine, no matter which host you choose

Amazing service. They called me up 10 minutes after I hit "Submit" to make sure all my account settings were correct. 20 minutes after that the domain, FTP, and hosting all went into effect.

I am looking for a web host for my Step dad who owns

Dreamweaver, because that is the software I will use

Melissa, Dreamweaver is such a standard tool that almost all hosting companies are fully compatible with it. At the very least least, this applies to all hosting companies on this list and definitely applies to InMotion. -F.

Does InMotion provide a walk through to set up the
host in Dreamweaver? I am kinda new at this, and would like to have a printout of how to set this up in Dreamweaver, if
I decide to use InMotion as a webhost. So far, I am
very impressed with the feedback and user friendly
aspect of the site.
